It is a long standing tradition here at R&L Archery that when a person brings in their first kill of any sort, whether it be deer, bear, moose or turkey, they have to give said animal a big wet sloppy kiss. Don't you wish you had this kind of tradition when you were a kid?

Some of these guys took a little more convincing than others. They have no problem at all dealing with the actual killing part, they just get all squeamish when it is time for a little smooching (no tongue!). Go figure.

 

Off to a slow start for turkey season so far. Only this one brave soul. Not to fear, we will ger more before too long, I am sure.
